Empire Elite offers a safe place for boys ages 6 years old and up to learn, have fun, meet new people, and develop their social skills.

 

Our athlete to coach ratio for this class is 6:1. Our coaching staff will help each child become more disciplined, focused, and confident while improving their overall health. 

Your athlete will learn basic skills and progressions on vault, bars, pommel horse, floor and tumble track.

Our Boys Gymnastics class meets for one hour each week.
